When Silversea’s new Silver Muse launches in April in Monte Carlo, she won't just be the luxury line's first new ship in seven years. The all-suite ship will also be, at 596 passengers, the largest ship in the fleet.

There's plenty to be excited about when it comes to this new build: Silver Muse will have a whopping eight restaurants on board, including five totally new concepts that are only on this ship. These eateries range from the poolside pizzeria, called Regina Margherita, to Atlantide, a fine-dining seafood restaurant. The two Asian restaurants include Japanese Kabuki, which will offer sushi and sashimi as well as teppanyaki at dinnertime, and Indochine, which will serve Thai, Vietnamese, and Indian dishes. Another new concept we can't wait to try: Silver Note, which features live jazz performances and a tapas-inspired menu.

The ship will also have the dining venues that are found on other ships in the fleet, including the Relais & Châteaux restaurant La Dame and Italian La Terrazza as well as Hot Rocks, where passengers can grill their own meat over volcanic rocks. (This spot is called The Grill on the other vessels.)

La Terrazza will feel especially appropriate on some sailings, as the ship will spend spring and summer in the Mediterranean before a transatlantic cruise, a Panama Canal crossing, and a variety of sailings in South America.
