8 Destinations to Visit Based on This Year’s Oscar-Nominated Films

From the small town charm of Little Women’s New England locale to an iconic French motor race town in Ford v Ferrari, this past year in film took us on a trip around the world. Here are some of our favorite destinations that made it to the big screen.

No movie this year captured the beauty of America’s landscapes like Little Women, which was filmed and set in Concord. Throughout the film, the seasonal magic of the area is showcased; autumn burns intense orange and the winters are a white fluffy dream. Be sure to visit Orchard House — the home of author Louisa May Alcott — where she wrote (and set) the famous novel.
