The mega-ship roll-out is set to continue in 2025 with seven of the top mainstream and premium cruise lines — Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, Disney, MSC, and Virgin Voyages — scheduled to launch eight new ships ranging in capacity from just under 3,000 guests to almost 6,000. Most vessels are additions to the newest classes of ships introduced over the last few years, though two are entirely new concepts: one was designed specifically for the U.S., and the other for Asia.
